Chris Williamson - Perth and Central/Northern WA

Specialising in management and business recovery for 30 years, Chris is one of Western Australia’s most experienced Business Advisers.  He has extensive experience in Voluntary Administrations, Business Recovery, both Corporate and Personal Insolvency services and the management of complex assignments.

Chris is an Official Liquidator and a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy. He is also an Associate of the Australian Institute of Credit Management and is a previous Board Member of the Western Australia Potato Marketing Authority.

Kim Strickland - Perth, Mandurah, Goldfields, South West, Great Southern/South Eastern WA

Since commencing practise in corporate and personal insolvency in 1989, Kim has had considerable experience in a broad range of industries, with extensive experience in resources and hospitality.

Kim’s professional qualifications include registrations as an Official Liquidator and Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy.  He has also been a member of the Institute of Company Directors for many years, keeping in touch with the issues that are current for business managers/owners.

In addition to practising in Perth, Kim devotes considerable time to servicing WA Insolvency Solutions’ clients in regional Western Australia, particularly through its part-time offices in Albany, Bunbury, Esperance and Kalgoorlie and the full-time office in Busselton when working with our South West Manager, Jim Baker.

When not practising formal corporate and personal insolvency administrations, Kim also provides specialist advice on business restructuring, and negotiation with creditors.

Kim sets high standards for his team, and challenges them to develop and implement “best fit” solutions for companies and individuals with financial difficulties.  Kim’s constant objective is to assess as many options as possible for maximising the return to creditors, and to minimise the financial and emotional distress for the client.
