Prior to starting his career in insolvency, Hanzel was a chef. He worked in well-known Japanese restaurants in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Shortly after he finished his degree in accounting, Hanzel started his career in insolvency. Naturally, hospitality industry is one of his fields of expertise.
